Yes. Your Steam inventory must be public and eligible for trades (e.g., Steam Guard activated, no holds or restrictions) for successful delivery of your skin.
Delivery may be delayed if Steam services are offline. Rest assured, your order remains valid and will be completed automatically once Steam is back online.
Yes. We use Steam’s official OpenID system, which lets you log in without sharing your password. We never access your private account credentials or sensitive information.
If your order has not yet been processed, contact support immediately to update your account. Once processing starts, changes may not be possible, so early action is important.
Yes, as long as the skin has not been claimed or delivered. Contact support within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Any fraudulent or abusive requests may be denied.
Log in with Steam, choose the skins you want to sell, set your price, and submit your listing. Once approved, your items will appear in the marketplace within a few hours.
Payment is released immediately after a successful sale. Make sure your payout information is correct under My Account → Payout Details. A 10% platform fee applies to all sales.
Yes. We only list skins that are verified and tradable. Each item is carefully reviewed before being made available to ensure authenticity and compatibility for trade.
